Let's get in right away and talk about some of the new things that are in Pro Tools 11. So you, that way you can really cement the knowledge you're learning. So explore these other ones really get in but definitely be using these projects in the Work Files or your own if they're similar. Because those are principle based and are not going to have changed wheras some of the features will have changed. Especially the topics about mixing and the effects. So you can go back and learn from all the people who have taught about the other version as well. So you're going to be able to go back and anything that we talk about in here is going to be enhanced by listening to somebody else teach about it because I'm not, again I'm not the only one who's taught about for VTC. And some things in Pro Tools haven't changed and some things have. But also get that subscription because we're building on years of courses about Pro Tools. Don't just buy the disk although that's great too because it gives it to you all the time. The other thing I recommend 100 percent is to get a subscription to vtc.com. So definitely skip around as much as needed. Look for things that are going to be interesting to you because if you're interested in it, you're going to learn it a lot better. Now not all of you are going to need every single video that we're presenting here. Just push pause, open up Pro Tools, mess around with what we're teaching you and then come back and learn some more. The most important thing you can do throughout this entire course is have something open, have Pro Tools 11 open and follow along. It's never going to be enough for you to sit and watch and just absorb. Because that's one of the most important things. But it has some stuff in there which is going to be able to help you follow along and do the same things that I'm teaching you. These are projects which are small primarily because we want to make that efficient for you to download and use. A MIDI project, an audio project, a post production music project and then one to just help us demonstrate some of the advanced editing techniques such as Beat Detective. Work Files which are included and I'll show you what those look like right now. We've broken up this course with projects. So we're going to get in and talk about this, we're going to use it. It's used in tons of recording studios and in live venues and in people's garages and basements all over the world. It's a tool that has defined the music industry and it's still going strong. I'm really excited to be a part of this because I'm really passionate about Pro Tools and I think that it's a great tool.
